Founded in 2007 by two dynamic attorneys and entrepreneurs, Mark Dioguardi and John Flynn, Dioguardi Flynn LLP is a multi-service business law firm that serves clients throughout Arizona and the Southwest.

Widely recognized amongst the Southwest’s most distinguished attorneys, the partners have an extensive track record at some of Arizona’s most well-known law firms. In forming Dioguardi Flynn, the duo envisioned creating a firm whose business model centered on offering clients personalized attention, as well as highly responsive, creative and proactive legal counsel.

Our attorneys have been named among the top 10 Lawyers in the Valley by the Phoenix Business Journal and handled one of the Top Civil Verdicts in 2008 as highlighted in the June 2009 Arizona Attorney magazine. The firm is best known for its role in handling more than $4 billion in real estate and financing transactions over the last 25 years, as well as its involvement in the judicial interpretation of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, the Internet’s groundbreaking copyright law.

Our practice areas include real estate acquisition and development, zoning and land use, banking, finance, employment, intellectual property, business transactions and commercial litigation. We represent clients in matters at administrative hearings, proceedings before state and federal agencies, and in all Arizona state courts, federal courts, and the U. S. Supreme Court.

The firm has a team of 10, including lawyers, paralegals, legal assistants, and administrative staff to effectively meet the needs of our clients.
