Biography:

Peter J. Moolenaar’s practice focuses on commercial and corporate litigation in both federal and state courts nationwide involving directors’ and officers’ liability, fiduciary duties, employment disputes, fraud, bad faith, and contracts. Peter has also represented small to large businesses in real estate disputes regarding landlord and tenant relationships, purchase agreements, and foreclosures. Peter has extensive experience representing lenders, borrowers, and guarantors in commercial deficiency actions, including fair market value hearings.
